Welcome to Country Tax and Financial Services LLC. I'm Nathan Burkey, and I want to share a bit about who we are and why we do what we do. Growing up in rural central Pennsylvania taught me the importance of hard work, family, and planning for the future. My parents showed me the value of a dollar, and I learned early on that if you take care of the small details, the bigger picture will come together. Those lessons have shaped the way I approach my work today.

Owner Nathan, owner of Country Tax & Financial Services, brings a hands-on, client-focused approach to accounting. Growing up in rural Pennsylvania, Nathan learned the values of hard work, resilience, and family—all of which now shape his work with clients. A University of Akron alum, he initially pursued diverse career paths before finding his calling in accounting. Known for his down-to-earth style, Nathan works closely with small businesses to streamline their finances, reduce tax burdens, and build long-term strategies. For him, it’s all about creating real relationships and guiding clients toward financial security.
Ashley Bollman
Payroll Manager
Payroll Manager Ashley brings her unique background in Quality Assurance and Compliance to her role in managing payroll for small businesses at Country Tax & Financial Services. One of Ashley's favorite aspects of working at Country Tax is seeing the drive and talent of small business owners and being part of their journey to achieve financial success. QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Stuart, a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with a passion for numbers and accounting software, joined Country Tax & Financial Services in February 2023. Formerly an instructor in radar theory and operations, he sees accounting as a similarly structured field that fuels his curiosity. For Stuart, working with clients to resolve bookkeeping challenges and teaching them to maintain their records is a dream come true.
